At media mea, we are committed to providing high‑quality digital signage and hardware products tailored to your unique needs. Due to the nature of custom production and certain third‑party products, our return policies vary as outlined below.
1. No Returns or Refunds for Customized Products
All hardware and digital signage products that have been customized, configured, or built to specific customer specifications are final sale and cannot be returned for refund or credit. This applies to any item modified, personalized, or produced based on a customer‑approved design, specification, or request.
2. Exceptions
We will accept returns of custom hardware only if:

The item fails to operate as intended due to manufacturing defects.
In such instances, media mea must be notified within 7 calendar days of delivery, and supporting evidence (such as photographs, serial numbers, and a description of the issue) must be provided.
3. Third‑Party Products
Products purchased from third‑party suppliers (such as LCD players, extensions, or accessories) have a 30‑day return policy. Items must be returned in original, unused condition and in their original packaging. Returns are subject to inspection and may be subject to a restocking fee if applicable.
4. Return Authorization
If a return is authorized:

6. Final Sale Products
All sales of custom hardware are final unless expressly stated otherwise in this policy. By accepting a quote, placing an order, or making a deposit for a custom product, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
7. Liability and Limitations
media mea’s liability is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the purchased item. In no case shall media mea be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, downtime, or related costs.
